Its a sad day sad day for the Brooklyn Fair. The carnie have circled their wagons as hurricane Irene bears down on the region. The rides were shut down in anticipation of the hurricanes arrival. Many vendors will feel the bite of lost revenues and the Fair will suffer as well. But as many small town stories go, I’m sure we’ll rebound and have a great year next year! God bless all those that work so hard for our favorite fair!
